Funky Mutts Loyalty Card

For all fans of Funky Mutts you can now become a loyalty card holder. Collect points with each purchase to get a free collar or lead. Fill in the contact form with your name and address to get your card and start collecting stickers.

For each transaction made from www.funkymutts.co.uk or www.funkymutts.com over the value of £14 you will receive 1 Funky Mutts Loyalty stickers to add to your Funky Loyalty card. When you have collected 6 of the Funky Mutts Loyalty stickers you can choose one free collar or lead from the Funky Mutts website.

The scheme does not have an expiry date. You will be required to post your loyalty card back to the Funky Mutts office in order to claim your free collar.

Care Instructions

Products are scotch guarded for protection against stains and dirt. They can be washed at no more than 40°C using a non-biological powder. The City Chic, Retro Runaround and The Green Kennel products are made using a cotton fabric, following our extensive product testing on a variety of dogs we recommend that in order to get the most from your product please follow the instructions below.

1. After walking the dog take the collar off if you dog has a tendency to scratch as this will wear and tear the fabric prematurely
2. Regular swimming especially in seawater will wear and fade the fabric
3. Washing the fabric in high temperatures using biological powder will wear and fade the fabric

The products made using cotton fabric will be subject to the normal wear and tear of fabric and if caught on sharp objects will fray. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.

The lifespan of the collar will be dependent on the dogs activity levels.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days via Royal Mail first class, first class recorded or Air Mail as specified in your confirmation email.

Returns

Our products are of the highest quality, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days and as long as it has not been worn we will issue a full refund upon receipt. Full returns information will be included with your order.

We will not accept returns if we have made a bespoke product to fit your dog, unless it is faulty.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product just email order@funkymutts.co.uk and return your goods in its unused condition with your contact name and address enclosed and what you would like to exchange it for.
